Avoid Opticnetworks

DO NOT SIGNUP WITH ISP ON VUMATEL. They advertised a 20/20 MB/s package on Vumatel on a month to month basis with a free router and access point. 2 weeks after signing up we were notified that they had "not included VAT" in the package and that we would need to pay more and change to a slower package. We are still trying to arrange for delivery of the router and acces point. I have been e-mailing them for 10 days and still not received a response. They do not answer their telephones either.
