Worst Experience Ever- Cheap Frame

Worst Experience ever, the left ear hook of my frame came out. I bought the glasses on the 28th Jan 2025. The frame is not of good quality and i am being told that its negligence. The people i consulted with were very quick to say i should replace the frame, they did not even examine the frame. I will never ever go back to this store and i will never recommend it to anyone. Now i have to look for a place to fix this frame that is not even 6 months old. I regret not going to spec savers as my friend advised me.
