A very much horrible service I received from optical hub today

A very much horrible service I received from optical hub today. I get in the shop ( i realised they are new staff as it is my first time meeting them)and am the only client, I give them my details as I have a file already ( i wanted to do eye test). Hao they find my file then another client walks in and they take him to the testing room first, I stood up and asked why they are helping him first while I came in first, yooo the lady gave me attitude to say " he will only take 5 minutes " and that 5 minutes was almost 15 minutes( she was very rude and unapologetic). I let it pass. Hao i tell them that i want my prescription and they tell me that my medical aid doesnt cover for the test only it will deduct the money as package, i tell them that id rather pay cash because i want the test and prescription. they allow me to pay cash then after that they say if I want my prescription I must pay 450 for it. This people have wasted my time and money. I'll never ever again go back.
