They are a shipping company that’s based in Botswana but operates in China and South Africa as well. Service is poor, they take long to reply to enquiries. They’ve had my goods since January 2021 and it’s June 2021, they failing to locate my goods, when I try call I’m always directed to a different person. I have even given up on ever receiving my goods from them
