No response on emails, steels your money without any delivery!

I've ordered a product from them online, part of the order is that if you do not decline further orders, they will automatically deduct the next payment from you R1347-45 and send you the second order. I have declined in time, but the money was deducted from my credit card already! I phoned them and they said they will only refund me once I've received the order - I will and haven't received any order from them - not the first nor the second! This is the biggest **** I've ever heard of! They don't respond to emails at all although I've sent them the proof for everything!
