Opti baby says their rule is to keep toilets open when a child is in use of toilet

<p>I walk into the classroom and i am welcomed by the smell of fisces.I look around and there is a child unsupervised in the toilet with the door wide open and teacher is attending to other kids.&nbsp;</p> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p>When I asked what is the smell in the classroom the teacher &amp; manager confirmed that &nbsp;she was not allowed to close the door because one of their teachers hit a child in the toilet.</p> <p>But my concern is is that healthy for our kids to be breathing into that air the whole day??</p> <p>&nbsp;</p>
