OPPO, a company that takes responsibility for there product.

I had several Cellphone brands over the years, but we never considered, 'after sales support or customer service' when we by that brand new Cellphone. It's a struggle getting service for most brands out there.

OPPO support, totally blew my mind. Call center operators are extremely professional, helpful and efficient. They even sort out the small details and additional settings. Most customers support centers will simply say: " Sorry but that it is how the software operates, and that there is nothing that I can do". OPPO is different, you get the feeling that they want to know about any problems or suggested changes.

OPPO cell phones comes with built-in anti-virus program, that works perfectly and biometrics works perfectly.

Overall it is a good quality cell phone that operates efficiently.

At the end of the day, I would rather spend my money on a product or a company that takes pride in their product, and are willing to help their clients . Thank you OPPO
