Oppo South Africa PLEASE ASSIST

I need to have my cellphone reset to it's factory setting. I am writing this review as a last resort.

I do not have access the function on my device, to make a call at the moment.

I have dealt with Oppo South Africa before & their service was superb. My predicament is, I have no way to get into contact with them directly. One have to work via their international portal, which is all but user friendly.

I am not sure if it's allowed to be post personal information on this site, I really need them to call me on: ***. I will deal with any spam, I might receive, as it happens.
