False promises, false advertising We upgraded our daughter's phone on 15 July 2023 at MTN Clearwater. She was supposed to get a set of earbuds delivered. MTN said within 2 weeks. We got side tracked and in August we went back to MTN to "escalate" .

At the same time I complained to the email address they confirmed her order on. Their reply was it could take 30 days. 30 days has come and gone. And on Wednesday they promised it was being dispatched on Friday. I asked for a waybill and they have not bothered. I warned them that I would go public... And boy do I keep my promises UNLIKE OPPO SOUTH AFRICA!!!
