Oppo Sales representative - ****s !!!

I had upgraded my contracted last month (July) and was told by the Oppo sales representative (Sam) at Vodacom Northgate branch, that he would make a plan and assist to get me Oppo gifts as part of the upgrade taking the Oppo phones. I upgraded and took the double deal with X2 Oppo phones. I'm now told by the sales representative from Oppo that he never committed to anything and he can't seem I get me any gifts from Oppo after this promise was made before grading my contract and taking the Oppo phones, this unacceptable as I was **** to and took the phones under false presences and now I will shame these ****s for what they do !!!!
