Oppo Rewards program is a ****

As part of our upgrade we were told we qualify for vouchers because the car chargers that came with the promotion was out of stock. So we redeem our takealot vouchers on the OPPO rewards site... They say it takes 14 to 30 business days to get your voucher... Its been 3 months and nothing. When you follow up they make it sound like takealot is at fault and because it's a bulk batch order. Needless to say we won't be supporting this brand again when upgrades are due.
