OPPO don't honest their warranty. Don't buy OPPO phone.

Vodacom should not stock or supply OPPO cellphones to their clients.. My OPPO A54s was in the following. First time. Software because the phone had issues. ( software didn't sort out the problem) 2nd time. Then went in and Vodacom ADVANCE REPAIR CENTRE replaced motherboard / other parts in the phone. ( after 1 day the phone had more issues) 3rd time. Took phone in again ask that be sent back to Vodacom Advance repair Centre. I requested for exchange unit / brand new phone. Arc came back saying that OPPO senior tech said that can't replace the OPPO A54s because in the last month of the 2 year warranty. I spoke to consultants at Arc and said unacceptable as the phone still under warranty. So when buy OPPO it only work for the 2 years. After the 2 year warranty you can use as door stopper. The OPPO A54s is still at Arc because they have order parts which not arrived yet.

I have OPPO Reno 8 pro out warranty. The phone stop working. I have OPPO A57s lots of issues. I have OPPO A77 also got issues. I just upgraded to OPPO A38 which new but if other OPPO is give problems this will in the future of it's 2 year warranty.

Sad part that I got told by Vodacom I need to take up with OPPO.

I feel there is no where we as OPPO client can go or get OPPO to stand to their warranty.

I feel the as OPPO clients we should be getting our OPPO models replace with new phones if under warranty ( with in the warranty up to last day of warranty). Provide that we as the client has done nothing to the phone.

OPPO should be phoning all clients that have gave them 1 star rating. I as OPPO client have done nothing to the ohine to cause the phone to go faulty.
