Oppo customer service is Pathetic !!!!

It's been almost 2 weeks and still no reply or feedback from anyone at Oppo, they do not respond to emails nor do they respond to Wats app messages. Taher from their call centre explained that a senior manager would contact me but to date no one has done so. This kind of service is Pathetic from such a huge company !!!!

I will publish my reviews on every social media platform until I get a response or my issues are resolved

This is the customer service level we have now become accustomed to in South Africa it seems - PATHETIC!!!!
