Never buy OPPO reno 8 such a bad product

I bought an OPPO reno 8 phone and I was using it and happy with the phone until I accidentally spilled water on the phone an I immediately wiped it and the screen got inked and I was told the phone is water proof and even when you Google the phone it says it's water proof but just spilling a glass of water and the phone was damaged. Oppo advised I should take the phone to Voda world midrand and they stayed with my phone for 5 weeks without it being fixed and now they say Oppo will not cover the phone. The phone is not waterproof and now I have to get a new phone. Never buy Oppo products please.
