Misled into taking Oppo devices at Vangate mall Telkom outlet by ****** bafoons.

Only has 1 star because I could not select zero, I went to Telkom mobile as we could upgrade our mobile devices, my wife and I had hauwei p30 and p20 and were looking at options and also what's different, needless to say the Oppo assistant who told me that I shouldn't take the hauwei psmart s, as it was a downgrade from the pep and that Oppo was the new devices replacing hauwei, what a load of bull****, now my wife and I both have devices we're clearly not happy with, some applications cannot run as this piece of **** phone doesn't have the hardware to run it, however my old pep was more that capable to run the applications and now we're stuck with this god damn useless devices... Thank you Oppo advisers for the misleading of information to get your **** onto customers... I'm not blaming Telkom store at vangate mall, but anyone who wants to go and get these devices... It's definitely not worth all the guts and glory these scoundrels tell us, I'm a very disappointed and unhappy customer, stuck with a device that's not completely useless, I can at least call and WhatsApp, I'll never advise anyone to take or listen to these Oppo sition bad mouthers. That should have been an alarm bell for me, but I needed a new device... Bad mouthing hauwei to sell their ****, think I'm more upset at myself for listening to this fool
