Delivery of Earpods

I took an upgrade at Cell C Maponya on the 04 Aug 2023,for 2x Oppo phones and they were out of stock for Earpods was then informed that the Ear pods will be delivered in 7-14 days. I am yet to receive the pods let alone feedback on what could be causing the delay.
