Oppi Dek Montana rotten meat delivery

The owner Deon Joubert of Oppi Dek Montana wich is a take-away restaurant is selling meat on the side as advertised on the restaurants official Facrbook page. I orderd the meat as per instructions received from Deon on the 7th September 2022 and paid in full for the cost of the order R2 200 into his bank account. He delivered the orderd meat Saturday the 10th September 2022 as arranged. Just after he left my premises i opend the larger bags that contained the vacuum packed portions of meat, at this point the stunk from the sealed bags overwhelmed me. Immediately i opened the sealed bag and nearly vomited of the rotten meat smell. I immediately contacted Deon Joubrt and informed him that the meat he just delivered wss rotten. He made no attempt to turn around and to come and inspect the meat. I phoned again both normal call and Whatsapp but he did not answer my call. Later Deon rep**** with a message insisting that i first need to pay his delivery fee of R180 before he is willing to discuss or do anything to solve the issue and informed me after another message i sent to him that he Deon Joubert will no longer "intertain" me regarding the rotten meat. Today 13 September 2022 he accused me of using the rotten meat as an excuse not to pay the R180 delivery fee in saying that he knows my kind? After i made a full payment for the meat? And still no attempt from Deon Joubert to refund me and pick up the rotten meat like i requested him to do.
