Horrible experience, lack of customer support, great product terrible ethics

Ordered Opolar air duster online on their website, ordered and waited for shipping notification, 1 month later still no notification so had to email for a status update, 1 week later they respond stating the air duster is no longer in stock because of xyz, they offered refund, received refund. 2 months later I send an email directly to confirm there is stock, as I receive a response that there is stock, not 5 minutes later I ordered an Opolar air duster again... over 2 weeks go by with no response on shipping, I send an email again, they respond that it is out of stock.. I LITERALLY ordered it right after receiving information that there is stock! so this time I said I would wait, next thing they tell me my order was 'cancelled by remove inventory service', so I said that I would still wait, then they respond back with 'We got news there is no available channel for the shipment now. So we can't send the order parcel to you', so at the end of all of this I just ask for a refund.again.

It has been over a month since last communication, and I have still not received my refund.

Absolutely terrible customer service, not sure if lack of inside communication between staff
