Opodo Travel Agents Inefficiency

Opodo have proved to be the MOST inefficient and uncaring agency with whom I have ever had to be involved. I have booked flights with a number of different agents and had no problem in contacting them via e-mail. Due to surgery we were unable to go on a booked flight and on 27 April 2019 I e-mailed them to request a refund to which we were entitled. It has gone back and forth and around in circles ever since. One can only phone the Call Centre as they specifically state that the do NOT reply to e-mails. There are 3 nos. - 1 each for the UK & Australia and 1 for the rest of the world. This no. has been out of order since I started trying in April. I have been able to get through on the UK no. but then go on hold, once for almost and hour!! They are excellent at giving ref nos. but these are not followed up. Would love to say more but it is just too much.
