Opodo booking scheme

We booked a flight through Opodo from Cape town to JHB for next week Tuesday. They took a booking fee of R592.06 after which they let us know that the booking was not made successfully. This amount was returned to us successfully. They later then proceeded to take the full amount for the flight of R3302.87 and then informed us that our flight has been cancelled and our booking was still not successful. We’ve tried contacting them via email, on their website and via their social media pages without any success. We’ve also contracted the airline with whine the booking was supposed to be made with, they had no record of any of our information or booking for a flight made for us through OPODO. Our booing was made on Monday, today is Thursday. We haven’t received any response from them since then an no refund! Do not book through them! They WILL take your money without booking your tickets! Leaving you without any tickets and with less money in your account!
