False advertising and Bad Customer Service

I paid for the ability to change flights without paying extra.

I needed to move my flight and Opodo have told me to change on Ryan air, who are telling me to buy new tickets…

Opodo have no customer support, I have been on the phone waiting for an agent for more an hour. The automated robot on the chat stops you from talking to an agent, round and round in circles.

This is a ****, I feel completely ****** of my money and there is nothing I can do. I’m making a formal complaint with the consumer protection services.

Never again, I’ll just go direct to the airline or use a real travel agent.
