Opulence Function Venue (@opulenceFV) comes up short at the expense of bride and groom

My nephew and his bride got married recently in Cape Town. A day which they waiting, planned and saved for a long time. The day turned out to be very special except for the embarrassment suffered at the hands of their event providers and caterers Opulence Venue Function ********** Having requested and paid for a buffet brunch for their reception, they had to face in excess of 80 guests who were not fed at all... A day that should have been joyous for the couple ended with apologies to guests. The couple felt so bad that they held a function at their home for the guests that were not fed at the wedding. What makes matters worse is that on the day the events team accepted responsibility, apologised and agreed to refund the couple for the insufficient catering. This commitment provided at the time was later reneged on.
