Poor quality

I bought some OPI cutex from my salon, and the quality of this is so poor, wit h a base and top coat the nail paint don't even last a full day, it is pathetic the price you pay for these and then the quality is so poor, will never purchase these again and will make sure i tell ppl of this poor quality
