Extremely bad service by Ophirton Hofbro Auto Body

It was on 2018/07/07 my NISSAN X TRAIL 2.0 XE 4X2 (R71) (2011) was involved in an accident. There after, on 2018/07/12 my car was then collected by this company as it was suggested by my insurance company (Discovery). My insurance company confirmed (2018/07/22) that Ophirton Hofbro Auto Body will do the repairs on my vehicle. I was under a impression that someone would call me as my case is way too complex to be put in words rather it would require a thorough investigation by officials of the aforementioned companies. It did not happen. Can I please be contacted by 'hellopeter' regarding my unsolved case.
