I recently installed an OPENVIEW decoder for my children.

I however had a nasty experience with the installer whom had installed it at the window, in our faces on the ground floor.

We expressed to him that it was totally unacceptable for it to be in that position.

The however stated that we need to pay him again should we require the dish to be moved.

I then duly phoned the Call-Centre to enquire about this development.

I was unfortunately assisted by a TUMI, whom I considered to be the rudest, aloof and most reprehensible Call-Centre Agent I have ever encountered in my life.

She kept me on the phone for the best part of 25 minutes, in the process being argumentative, sarcastic and in general telling me where to stick my complaint.

She even dared me to escalate the matter to whomever I want – just like that!!!

I could surmise that she had a propensity for this attitude, as she was very brazen in her interactions with me.

She had no answers for me and was not prepared to go the extra-mile to assist me and I was essentially left “None-the-Wiser” since before the call.

I was to totally taken aback by her very bad and condescending attitude.

I’m profoundly disappointed and find this conduct by a Customer Service Agents totally regrettable.

I beg the questions, (1) How does OPENVIEW Management operate a business when they don’t offer

proper training to their Customer Service Agents?

(2) What message do they communicate to their Target Markets, whom are

predominantly black?

I need a Senior Manager to remedy this situation.
