Wonderful Team

I had some challenges with my open view receiver, I thought I could fix it because I am a Vsat installer, so I did all types of rebooting, soft and hard. I realized this needed someone who is more fami**** with the receiver, so I called the call centre and spoke to Themba who advised technical team will assist telephonically, I thought that would take a while then I asked for the technical team line of which he provided, I got hold of the Khulekani at the technical support and he advised someone will call me when it is most convenient. Then 18:00pm, Lerato called and she took me through it step by step, did the soft ware download and everything was working. I could view the channels again. I wish the steps Lerato took me through were available on the website or troubleshooting guide in the manual.<br> <br> So to Themba at the Call Centre, Khulekani and Lerato at Technical support, I appreciate you assistance.<br> <br> Great team work and communication line.
