What a disappointment. I bought a OVHD had it installed and received an error “No Satellite found”.

<p>What a Waste of Time and Money.</p> <p>1.Phoning an OVHD technician that made promises to come to our premises on Tuesday, Wednesday , Thursday, Friday and Still didn’t arrive on Saturday.</p> <p>2. Phoning a customer call centre that doesn’t answer even after 20 minutes of being online.</p> <p>3. Searching on google and finding ways to assist with installation. “ This still didn’t solve” the problem.</p> <p>4. Phoning the GAME store, spoke to a GAME IT technicians was informed to move our satellite dish.</p> <p>5. Eventually We had enough and took it back to GAME!! We then found a OVHD Manager in store what luck we had. He tried to install it in the GAME store just to find the same error’ “No Satellite Found”. No problem, We swopped the decoder. The second decoder DID ACTUALLY THE SAME THING. We eventually ask if we can have the decoder on display ONLY TO FIND OUT THAT THE DECODER CAN ONLY PLAY Channel 100 and NOTHING ELSE!!!!” </p> <p>OVHD Suppliers please remove your product from the stores . Its costing the customers MORE MONEY and its frustrating to find a product in your house that doesn’t wor**** </p>
