Useless service!!!

Buying the openview decoder was the worst decision ever. It loses signal even when there's no rain or wind. Rebooting a few times a week is so frustrating, I now understand why it is free. It is useless and the customer care number barely gets answered. The WhatsApp line is not managed because no one ever responds. I've been on the phone for 10minutes listening to an automated voice telling me how to contact openview but none of those channels attended to let alone the customer care line. Don't make the same mistake!!! Unless you want endless headaches and frustration. USELESS!!!!!
