Too much of nothing

We have had signal problems 3 weeks and none for 3 days. Checked all possible causes, even bought a new decoder. Spent R300 on calls to call centre number, a plenty what's apps and no responses as yet. Another night of no tv viewing yet again!!! Tomorrow I am switching to DSTV. It'll work out cheaper anyway. Soooooo disappointed....
