Terrible service provider

I haven't had signal for 2 weeks theres no customer service whatsoever. The Facebook team never respond except for auto messages. WhatsApp chats not answered. Contact number for calls is always on voicemail.

Where do we get help in such instances. How can there be no service for 2 full weeks.
