Shoddy or non existant service

Bought a new decoder 4th of March. The STB are not yet activated,even if the website have ticking and showing connections. The call centre, Whatsapp number are all useless. Even if you attempt to contact E-Tv or Plato. Sick and tired of this. I am seriously considering to return my STB.
