Service just an absolute disgrace

<p>I have bought my mum a decoder and the people in game said it is just a plug in and play. That is utter *******, we had to get the installer out to change the decoder lines on the satellite dish, R350. Now we can't activate the decoder on an sms but the service does not work! I have phoned Friday 40 min in the que, Saterdag 45 min in the que and today I have been in the question 40min and the phone was picked up and then they disconnect me! I have spent almost R100 and still can't use the box! THIS IS UNACCEPTABLE !!!!!!!!,, </p>
