Reset Easy

I recently had some issues with my decor where I wasn't able to watch my series there was no signal. So after many days of trying I deciding to call the call center and to my surprise I just needed to reset my decor and wallah it worked like magic. The consultant was friendly and quick to assist. So efficient and hassle free. A lot of companies should adopt the same attitude of customer service.
