Regretful

I am so frustrated by openview's customer service,their call lines are always busy whether you call early in the morning or late in the afternoon,they don't respond to emails nor do they take any interest in responding to their whatsapp it's been 3 days now,I was hoping this was gonna be the best decision,but wow
