Poor service and communication

Not happy with service we have been calling them sending what's up messages no response, their decoder just froze since Saturday I went where we bought it they referred back to them,we called again their voice promt stipulate that they close at 20h30 But when we call no reply we have been calling we called again inthe afternoon we don't get response we have been using our airtime when calling it's not like its free, we even sent them emails no response either .not happy at all with their service.
