Poor service

I recently bought an openview hd decoder. Every night i switch it on there is no sound. I must then reboot the system, missing half the program i was trying to watch. Every night at some point there is no signal. It is Sunday night. The tv has been going for the whole day. Now again there is no signal. It has been almost an hour now and there is actually no bad wheather which i suppose can have an effect. This is sooooo frustrating. As everyghing goes in SA, most probably I wont even get a responce from etv. Whats new in Sa?
