Poor customer service

I called in today cause I just recently bought the decoder and it not working (i was frustrated). I was assisted by unprofessional agent, who gave me an attitude and you could hear from the sound of her voice that she doesn't want to assist me, she then dropped the call on me then I called again to ask for a manager, the same girl answered and she said she's a manager I asked for her name she refused to give me her name and then the manager took over the call her manager's name is Amanda Maloka(she was helpful) that mean that arrogant girl who assisted me earlier is under this manager. customer service requires people who are calm and welcoming and have that voice that assures you this person is willing to help. I need this person to be taken to a DE and she must listen to the call and identify what went wrong on that call
