Poor customer service at OpenView HD
Service is so poor..my decoder gave me an error message for days when called the customer service the lady told me that I'm using the old decoder I have to buy a new one,I asked her what should I do with the old one she said I must throw it in the bin.....they didn't even send a message/notice that the decoder will stop working

As such, the decoder you are using can no longer be supported in terms of software upgrades that are required to enjoy uninterrupted viewing. We please request that you visit your nearest retailer to purchase a new Openview decoder.
