Pathetic service from Openview - Stay away!!

After writing a review for Openview, they responded to the review saying that one of their senior consultants will contact me. The only communication I received was a whatsapp message saying 'hello'. What pathetic service! I would never recommend this to anyone, instead I'd rather make them aware of the bad service, lies and inferior products that they offer!
