OVHD...less than truthful

I have been greatly disappointed with the removal of the DaVinci science/educational channel from the OVHD bouquet. It was one of the view channels worth watching that aren't mindless 'reality' or dubbed foreign language soap operas (yawn). The only other educational channel available just doesn't compare, as it mainly covers school subjects and exam papers.

I sent an email to ovhd customers service to enquire as to the reason why it has been taken off air. The reply stated that they were sincerely sorry but that DaVinci ended their involvement with ovhd.

Not leaving it there, I also sent an email to DaVinci. The reply came that they did not in fact end the agreement, but that it came from ovhd's side and that they would appreciate support into getting back on air.

Maybe someone has to tell Ovhd that lying to customers is not a good idea...maybe next we will be getting bills for subscription? If they are not truthful about 1 thing, how can you trust what they say/claim about anything else?
