OVHD POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE

I've been trying to contact the offices of OVHD to complain about BLUE envelope that appears on screen. This is both distracting & annoying when watching tv.

I've emailed on numerous occasions but have had no response. This issue has been experienced for over a year now.
