OVHD outdated - Really
I bought my OVHD Decoder in 2015, now it does not pick up any channels so i phone the customer care and the guy tells me that my machine is now outdated and that i need to go and buy a new one for an amount of R599.00, which i think is just not on. I mean after all these years they don't inform you of anything and don't even do an exchange for the old decoder for a newer model, totally not impressed with this situation at all, i mean were does a person find the money for stuff that you don't even know about.
