OVHD Open view decoders - misleading the public

My husband and I bought an OVHD decoder from a well known retailer. On the OVHD box it states that if you have an existing IS 20 satelite dish pointing in a North Eastern direction that you can just connect the decoder to the dish and follow the activation instructions, which we did. It then stated that we have to wait 30 minutes after activation before the channels will be available and we can start viewing. Big was our dissapointment 48 hours later we are still waiting on the channels, nothing was happening here. So we phoned customer service , the consultant we spoke to was Wayne, who very arrogantly told me to get an INSTALLER to activate the decoder. ***? According to the information on the OVHD box the only time you will need an installer is IF YOU DO NOT HAVE AN IS-20 Satelite. I will not recommend any one to buy this product because OVHD is misleading the consumer through false advertising.
