Openview USB Stick advertised but not produced

Openview USB Stick unavailable. I recently bought a decoder with recorder function so we can record. Can't find any stock. Why do they advertise but don't make any available? All adverts state you can record! everyone should report them for false advertising. Why cant they do some ROM updates and allow devices to record on standard USB sticks readily available? No support needed
