Openview upgrade their software and this no longer supports old decoders
I purchased two Openview decoders when the service was launched. For the past few days both of these units remain on the promotion channel(100) I have been advised by the Ipenview call centre that I will need to purchase new decoders as the new software on their site no longer supports the old decoders. There is no discount for upgrading from old to new decoder and I have been advised by the call centre thatI can discard the old units.

As such our decoders also advance with new technology to improve your viewing experience and can no longer be supported in terms of software upgrades that are required to enjoy uninterrupted viewing. If you want to enjoy new channel additions, enhanced product features, and Ultra, you might have to upgrade to a compatible Openview decoder.
