Openview set top box expires
I bought an openview(set top box) decoder in 2017 while renting in a developed settlement and after 5months i moved to a new place whereby it was not yet developed but not it is so we have electricity, all along my decoder was off so now when I connect my channels are off and apparently I have to buy a new decorder(set top box) but when I bought this one they didn't mention anything about it's expiring date, how can a company not be able to upgrade its own product.I mean I'm sure they count when a set top box is bought and each one has its unique stb code so that should make things easy, maybe that's what we get for "once-off" payment arrangement.
