Openview service?

I installed the newly bought decoder on the weekend, and tried to activate via sms to the USSD number supp****, received a reply that my decoder number does not exist. And I cannot get a reply from anyone of the socalled customer care numbers supp****, for Openview or Ellie's or Space. So, now what?
