OPENVIEW - NOVIEW - NO SERVICE

We bought a set top box for openview. We are unable to get a decent signal or sound. Sending whatsapps to their helpline is of no use. Nothing that comes from the helpline is of any use. Left messages - no reply. Asked for the helpline to provide an installers number. No response. When you reset it shows 100% signal 42% strength. Installer that we got to come out in the beginning refuses to come out again. Says there is nothing he can do.
