Openview lies, lies and more lies!!!

Openview is a **** and go about decieving customer about the 'once off payment'. So you pay for the decoder then after a couple years, you need to buy a new decoder because their inferior product cannot update new software. This was my sirtuation but after fighting with them, my decoder could suddenly update. Now a few months later, they are giving me the same story!! ***??? Their whatsapp number is a joke, agents are rude and don't answer your questions. Save yourself the irritation and stay far away from them!!!
