openview is the worst TV provider

OpenView is the worst cable provider I've ever come across. every few months we need to buy a new decoder. when you try contacting them the call just rings and rings with no answer. I've tried whats app them I've tried emailing them I've tried every possible way to get in contact with yet no luck. it's been 4 days now and I'm not able to watch any TV it's not even windy outside- please don't ever make a mistake and think you'll be saving by using OpenView. it is a waste of time waste of money and waste.
